Hey everyone! My name is Tambi :)
I am 35 years old, married, with two very energetic little boys.
Currently I suffer from multiple autoimmune diseases.
I have rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease, tmj, chondromalacia patella, and various mental illnesses lol.
My illnesses cause me to have intense pain all over my body, as well as inflammation. On most days I can no longer button pants or zip up clothing. I get brain fog that makes it hard to focus. The worst part of all is it makes it hard for me to play with my kids. I haven't been able to work since about February. Most places are not accommodating to those of us who have mobility issues. Sitting hurts, standing hurts, everything hurts.
Right now I am fortunate enough that I get pain medicine for my pain, but due to the strict regulations on narcotics and medications, I am in danger of losing my medication. If I lose access to my pain meds, I will not have much of a life. I recently filed for disability so I am hoping they will be able to help me out.
